Notice, September 6, 2023: When printed, the 2023 edition of the Connecticut Practice Book inadvertently omitted the 2021 commentary to Section 1-11C of the Superior Court Rules. That commentary should be retained. See Explanatory Notes, p. iii. The current electronic versions of the 2023 Practice Book and 2023 Mobile-Friendly Practice Book include this commentary.

Notice, May 9, 2023: When printed, the 2023 edition of the Connecticut Practice Book contained a technical error in an internal reference in the text of Section 5-12 (h) of the Superior Court Rules. Subsequently, a technical change was made to correct this error. The current electronic versions of the 2023 Practice Book and 2023 Mobile-Friendly Practice Book reflect this correction.

2023 Mobile-Friendly (single column) Practice Book - PDF
This version of the Practice Book is formatted for easier viewing on tablet computers and mobile smartphones.
