On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly determined that (1) his use of the defendant’s property was not (a) open and visible and (b) continuous and uninterrupted for fifteen years, and (2) he failed to establish the bounds of the alleged prescriptive easement with reasonable certainty. We disagree and, accordingly, affirm the judgment of the trial court.")
