Housing matters are handled in Housing Sessions or as part of the Judicial District docket. To look up a housing case or scheduled event, use the search tools below.

Note: Prior to January 1, 2017, housing matters were also handled in the geographical area locations of G.A. 5 at Derby, G.A. 10 at New London, G.A. 11 at Danielson, and G.A. 18 at Bantam.

In Norwich, this information is available online only for housing matters filed on or after November 1, 2014. In Ansonia/Milford, Litchfield, New London and Windham, this information is available online only for housing matters filed on or after January 1, 2017.
