Enrollment Application Process Overview for Attorneys and Law Firms
Attorneys registered with the Statewide Grievance Committee and law firms
that have obtained a law firm juris number may enroll and obtain a secure
password that will enable them to access E-Services to complete certain
business transactions electronically.
To enroll in E-Services, please provide the required information in the
enrollment application. Once you have completed and submitted the
enrollment application, you will be asked to verify your email address. Once
you click OK, you will see a confirmation displayed on the screen indicating
that the enrollment application has been received.
Within seven days, you will receive a temporary system-generated password. The password
is mailed to the attorney at the address on file with the Statewide
Grievance Committee. The password is mailed to a law firm at the address of
record for the firm juris number.
If you are an attorney, please check the address currently registered with the Statewide Grievance
Committee by going to Attorney/Firm Inquiry and entering your last name or juris number. If
the address is incorrect, you should complete and mail form JD-GC-10 (JD-GC-10)
to the Statewide Grievance Committee before you enroll. If you are enrolling
a law firm, please check the address by going to
Attorney/Firm Inquiry and entering the firm name or juris number. If the
address is incorrect, you should complete and mail form JD-ES-145 (JD-ES-145)
to Court Operations before you enroll.
