for an exemption from electronic services requirements by
completing the Request for Exemption from Electronic Services
Requirements form JD-CL-92.
Note: Self-represented parties are required to
file electronically only in the appellate court matters. They
are not required to file electronically in trial court matters.

Each exemption request shall be ruled on by the Chief Court
Administrator or the Chief Court Administrator�s designee. An
exemption from E-Services requirements may be reviewed
periodically by the office of the Chief Court Administrator.
