The charge of the Juror Data Analysis Committee is to: (1) Review the juror demographic data that is being collected; (2) Prioritize which data should be analyzed; (3) Compare the demographics of jurors to an appropriate source of demographic data such as the U.S. Census Bureau; (4) Undertake an exhaustive review of the data collection practices in other states; and (5) Issue a report to Chief Justice Richard A. Robinson by October 1, 2024, summarizing the data analysis.
