How to Use Acrobat® Fillable Forms

You must have at least the FREE Adobe Reader 8® and Microsoft Internet Explorer 8® to open and take advantage of all of the PDF functions in Judicial Branch forms. Older versions of Adobe Reader® will continue to work, but with fewer functions. A common error message begins with " Please wait…” and will not allow you to open the PDF of the form. If you are having trouble opening or using a Judicial Branch form, try opening the form with Adobe Reader 8® or higher and Microsoft Internet Explorer 8® or higher.
