Pursuant to Connecticut Practice Book section 1-11(c), a 2 p.m. hearing is scheduled for Friday, March 1, 2024, in the Milford Judicial District regarding “Victim’s Motion to Preclude Live Television Coverage of the Trial” in the case of State of Connecticut v. Brian North, Docket No. AAN-CR22-0121580-T. The Milford courthouse is located at 14 West River Street, Milford, and the matter will be heard in Courtroom A on the first floor.

The Judicial Branch’s Law Library Services Unit is pleased to offer in-library access to the VitalLaw legal research platform. VitalLaw offers selected legal treatises from Wolters Kluwer publishing, including some titles from its subsidiary Aspen Publishing. With this online subscription, law library users can access Wolters Kluwer titles that are currently subscribed to by the law libraries, such as Tait’s Handbook on Connecticut Evidence and the Law of Lawyering.
