Pursuant to CDC guidelines, the COVID-19 community level is currently high in the following Connecticut counties: Litchfield County, Middlesex County and New Haven County. Masks are recommended in all Judicial Branch facilities in these counties. This notice will be revised every Friday, based on new information from the CDC.

Pursuant to Connecticut Practice Book Sections 7-4B, 7-4C and 42-49A, the Court will hear the state’s “Amended Motion for Verification of Sealing,” filed January 25, 2023, in the case of State of Connecticut v. Rodney Harvey, DBD-CR19-0189342-T. The amended motion is scheduled to be heard Thursday, February 9, 2023, at 2 p.m. in Courtroom 2 at the Superior Court, 146 White Street, Danbury, CT.

Pursuant to Connecticut Practice Book Section 42-49A, the Court will hear arguments by counsel on the State’s “Motion to Seal Statement of Joseph Michelangelo in the following cases: State v. Robert Mayer, FBT-CR-20-0334627-T and FBT-CR22-0349664-T; State v. Robert Grabarek, FBT-CR20-0339046-T; State v. Emmet Hibson, FBT-CR20-0339068-T; State v. Brian Carey, FBT-CR20-0339066-T and FBT-CR20-0339064-T ; State v. Scott Bartlett, FBT-CR20-0339044-T, FBT-CR20-0339045-T, and FBT-CR19-0331941-T; and State v. Jason Julian, FBT-CR19-0331942-T. The motion will be heard on February 16, 2023, at 2 p.m. in Courtroom 3A at the Fairfield Judicial District Courthouse, 1061 Main Street, Bridgeport, CT 06604.
