We are pleased to announce that the
Judicial Branch has developed a DVD
entitled,
Putting
Children First: Minimizing Conflict in
Custody Disputes, to help
families involved in custody disputes.
Judge Elaine Gordon, who handled family
cases as a lawyer and now presides over
custody cases, is featured on the video.
The goal of the presentation is to help
parents understand, early in the
process, the harm that conflicts over
custody can do to their children; and
that the fight itself can cause the most
damage.
