
Enrollment Application Process
Self-represented parties can e-file a case in the Small Claims Court if they enroll in E-Services. To enroll, they have to go through the E-Services application process.
Enrollment Application Process
| To enroll in E-Services: |

Go to the enrollment
application page
(Electronic
Services Enrollment Application).

Enter your name, mailing
address and email address.

Choose a User ID for
yourself. Your User ID cannot contain any symbols or
special characters, such as @, #, & or ! and it
cannot be your email address.

Choose a password for your
account. The password must have 8-10 characters including,
at least one number (0-9). It cannot use special
characters, such as @, #, &, or !.

Choose a security question
and answer. This security
question and answer will be used to identify you in
case you forget your User ID or password.

Click
Submit.

Check your email address to make sure it is correct.

Click
OK.

A message will appear on the
screen telling you that your enrollment application has
been received.
It will also tell you
to check your email for an email from E-Services, which
will tell you how to finish the enrollment process and
activate your account.

Activate your E-Services Account

To activate your E-Services account:

Open the email from E-Services.

Click on the link in the email.

Enter your User ID and password on the page
that appears.

Click Continue.
-
Check the information you entered.
-
Read the Electronic Services (E-Services) User
Agreement.

Check the box next to “I agree.”

Click Activate Account.

Your E-Services account is now active.
If you do not receive an email from E-Services, check
your email account to make sure that you can receive
emails from E-Services.
Then, go
to the E-Services log in page,
and enter the User ID and password that you chose when
you enrolled.
You will be taken to a page that will let you ask
to have the email resent.
