Foreclosure Standing Orders

The Committee is to follow the Uniform Procedures for Foreclosure by Sale Matters except as modified herein.
 

  1. Reimbursable sign-related costs, including preparation, placement, and
    photography, shall not exceed $300.00.

  2. The Committee must obtain court approval prior to retaining the services of a
    locksmith.

  3. Committee reports should be filed at least five days prior to the scheduled
    hearing date.

  4. The Committee, at its discretion, may include a photograph of the property to
    be auctioned in the online or print advertisement.

  5. Motions for Supplemental Judgment filed by the Plaintiff are not required to
    request payment for all parties

  6. Parties filing Motions for Supplemental Judgment are NOT required to
    forward the actual addresses of all parties listed in the complaint to the court
    clerk by email.
