The Connecticut Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the
above referenced case on Monday, May 14, 2007. Arguments will
start at 10 a.m. in the Supreme Court courtroom, located at 231
Capitol Ave. in Hartford. Each side will be allotted 90 minutes
for argument.
Seating will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. The
building will open at 9 a.m. and spectators may start taking
seats in the courtroom at that time. Please be advised that
seating is limited in the actual courtroom. If the room fills to
capacity, arrangements have been made for members of the public
to watch the arguments in Room 2-C of the Legislative Office
Building.
In accordance with Section 70-10 of the Connecticut Practice
Book, the Supreme Court has granted permission to CT-N (The
Connecticut Network) to record and broadcast the arguments live.
