Charge:
To conduct research on processes and criteria that could be used to evaluate ADR programs and providers in a rigorous and meaningful manner. To identify methods that could be used to evaluate Connecticut’s court-sponsored civil ADR programs. (Note: The subcommittee should consider uniformity and resource allocation.)
