Results Based Accountability (RBA) Report Cards: These are submitted annually to the General Assembly’s Appropriations Committee as part of the budget development process. The report cards serve as a mechanism for communicating the value of the selected program in the state’s budget and contribution of the program to the quality of life for Connecticut’s citizens.
