The clerk has just marked an exhibit
for identification only. Counsel has a right to have the exhibit marked in this
manner in order to preserve the record. Only exhibits that have been admitted
as full exhibits are a part of the evidence for you to consider in deciding this
case, however, and unless, for example, the marking on this exhibit is changed
by the court, you will not consider it as evidence in this case and should not
speculate as to its contents.
